The past season was spent on a few festivals. Andong Mask Dance Festival, Hi Seoul Festival and this past weekend, Jinju Lantern festival. And of all the festivals I’ve been to, I can truly say that this was by far the most beautiful one. With thousands of lanterns paving the way to walk. Everywhere you went you could see a lanterns of some shape and size. The most spectacular was the ones floating on the river. There you could find lanterns from the most famous fairy-tales. Occasionally you’ll find the odd Telly-Tubby or something strange but familiar along the way. Here are a few of my photos.











I do hope that if you’re ever planning to come to Korea that you get the chance to see this amazing spectacle. I will recommend it to anyone that has yet to experience a festival like this one.
