ICON 2016 - If you're a geek and you missed out on this event, you will kick yourself. This super geeky event was hosted in conjunction with Alwayson Wi-Fi. Alwayson provided everyone with 1GB of free internet data to upload and share everything about the event instantly.

What I loved most about the event, except for the free wifi, was the internationals speakers who hosted talks about the history and future of comics in our current society. One of the speakers were Raymond E Feist. He's a fantasy novelist and gave a very insightful talk about all things fantasy, yes including Game of Thrones.

The coolest thing to see was the costumes that some people made and entered into a competition. I didn't get a chance to see everyone, but the ones I saw were amazing. I even met Gandalf.
The merchandise and comic books were top notch and there were board games till the end of days.

I really got my geek on for a little bit and it was really fun.
