Lotte Mall, located near Gimpo Airport in Seoul, has a lot more to offer than meets the eye. There's an entire, newly created park, called 'Sky Park', right outside the mall. The park has a lot of wide open spaces for people to relax and play on the grass. The mall is also one of the largest malls in South Korea, with 9 above ground levels and 5 basement levels. 

Along with an entertainment Amphitheater, you can also find a musical fountain and beautiful gardens to sit in and relax. You can also see a windmill in one area of the park. There is a smaller fountain, which the kids love to play in. 

I spent one afternoon outside the mall waiting for my movie to start. While I waited, I went to see the musical fountain. It was the most beautiful at night with all the colors coming to life. 

Korea is not well not for it's wide open spaces. Especially not in Seoul. So every park is almost like a treasure for the families and their kids. It's a place where they can ride bikes and have fun or just have a nice picnic. I think it's a great idea and feel that all malls should incorporate some natural outdoors area for people to relax and not just to go do shopping. 

After waiting for the musical fountain to finish we had a quick dinner at a burger place. The burgers was quite delicious with thinly slice potato chips. A good way to finish the day, before watching my movie. :)
